I am Sandra Perry, trading as Still With Me memorial jewellery, I am based in Rustington, Littlehampton, West Sussex. I create handmade memorial jewellery which incorporates ashes. I am the data controller for your personal information you share with me.

I keep your order details such as jewellery choice and handling of your loved ones ashes. Once I start making your memorial piece of jewellery you have agreed to a contract, once this is started it cannot be changed

Your payment information is processed by squarespace and I do not store your card details.

Any messages you send me via email/ Facebook or through my website enquiries form.

I get details directly from you when you enquire or make an order, or if someone enquires on your behalf and makes an order.

I use your details to deliver your memorial piece of jewellery, once your jewellery has been delivered this is a contract between us. I send you aftercare instructions on how to look after your memorial jewellery and there is a page on my website site, this is for legitimate reasons. I will keep in contact with you throughout the process when I receive your ashes and when I send your memorial jewellery to you via tracked delivery. This is free of charge.

With you consent I may share photos of your finished piece of memorial jewellery on my website page or Facebook.

I only share your details with Royal Mail, my payment providers squarespace, my website host and email provider, I never sell on your data.

I keep your order records for 6 years for tax purposes. Any enquiries made will be deleted at 12 months.

Any unused ashes will be returned back to you with your memorial piece of jewellery.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct any mistakes made, and ask me to delete it (Unless it must be kept by law). You can object to how I use it.

You can withdraw consent for me to use you photos at any time. If you wish to email me please feel free to.

I do store digital records which are password protected, any paperwork is locked away but I do minimise your data.
